Handover day at Parkland Phase 2, Rambai
Photo by the Comzos site team
On 22 July, the first ninety-six families of Parkland Phase 2 walked onto their new street in Rambai and were handed the keys to homes that, on paper, were not due until October. For a double-storey terrace scheme of this size, three months early is not a rounding error. It is a full quarter returned to the people who bought in.
The phase comprises ninety-six units across four rows, each with a 1,200 sq.ft built-up, a covered porch and a first-floor balcony. Work began in early 2024, and despite a wetter-than-usual monsoon, the site team held the programme by sequencing the wet trades earlier and keeping a single contractor across all four rows.
Why early handover matters
An early key collection is more than a milestone photo. It lets owners start their renovation and defect-inspection window sooner, move in before the school term, and for those who financed with progressive loans, begin occupying rather than paying rent alongside instalments.
We would rather hand over forty homes properly and early than four hundred we can't stand behind.
Managing Director, Comzos
Every unit was walked in person before its key was released. The schedule of finishes fixed at launch covered porcelain floors to the ground level, a fitted dry kitchen and provision for a second bathroom upstairs. It was checked against each home, with any snags logged for the defect-liability period rather than papered over.

Phase 3, already under construction on the adjoining parcel, is scheduled for the second half of 2027. Registrations for the next release open in September, and existing Parkland owners will be offered first sight of the plans.
